Located at 34th Street and Gary Ave. It is best to park in the back gated parking lot (down the alley) where you can't miss the colorful mural wall. All classes are heated to 88-95 degrees to allow for a healthy opening of the muscles. All items you need to practice are available at no charge. Water, blocks, mats, towels, straps, and mat towels are all provided at no additional cost.
